Utah Whitewater Gear Loyalty Program Policy
Welcome to the Utah Whitewater Gear Loyalty Program! This program is designed to thank you for your continued support by rewarding you with points for each purchase, which can be redeemed for exclusive discounts and other benefits. Below, you'll find all the information you need to join, earn, redeem, and manage your loyalty points.
How to Sign Up
Signing up is easy and free! You can enroll in our Loyalty Program at the in-store checkout or online. Once registered, you’ll start earning points right away.
Earning Points
- For every $1 you spend on qualifying purchases at Utah Whitewater Gear, you’ll earn one (1) point.
- Points are added to your loyalty account immediately after each qualifying purchase. To see your total, ask any team member in-store.
Using Your Points
You can redeem points for the following discounts:
300 Points: $10 off a purchase
600 Points: $20 off a purchase
1500 Points: $50 off a purchase
3000 Points: $100 off a purchase
Important: Points must be used in a single transaction at one of the above redemption benchmarks. Any remaining points will reset to zero after redemption, so we recommend redeeming points once you reach your desired benchmark.
Special Member-Only Benefits
Loyalty members may receive early access to seasonal sales and exclusive perks at special UWG shop events. You’ll also be among the first to hear about shop promotions and news via occasional emails or texts.
Checking Your Loyalty Points
You can check your points balance in-store by speaking with a team member or online through your UWG loyalty account. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
Program Rules & Terms
- Points Accumulation: Points are awarded for each qualifying purchase. Points cannot be earned on taxes, shipping fees, or certain non-qualifying items, which will be specified at checkout.
- Redemption Rules: All points must be redeemed at once when reaching one of the set benchmarks (300, 600, 1500, or 3000 points). Once redeemed, the points balance resets to zero, even if you had points exceeding the chosen benchmark.
- Roll-Over Policy: Your points do not expire and will roll over from year to year, so you can take your time in accumulating points toward your desired redemption level.
- Exclusions: Points cannot be redeemed for cash or gift cards and are non-transferable. Returns on purchases made with points will be refunded based on the final purchase amount after applying the discount.
- Modification Rights: Utah Whitewater Gear reserves the right to adjust or modify the loyalty program, including redemption values or terms, at any time.
