Do you Make Repairs?
We do provide repair services. We charge an evaluation fee from $25-$100 that goes towards the final repair cost. The current repair rate is $125/hour plus materials. More information can be found here.
I just Popped my Raft on a River Trip. Can I Bring it Straight to you for a Repair?
Before you bring your raft in, please remove all personal items. Then clean, dry, and roll it. We cannot store your trailer, and we charge a $75 cleaning fee, if your raft requires cleaning for a proper repair. More information can be found here.
Do you Sell/Buy Used Gear?
Yes! Starting May 2025, we are offering a consignment program. It will be kicked off with a gear swap on May 3rd. Click here to learn more about this program or apply early for our gear swap.
Do you offer any classes or workshops?
Yes! We have a partnership with Wasatch Whitewater Kayak School, where we teach kayaking, packrafting, and SUP classes. Additionally, we host frequent FREE workshops for Go Paddle Utah, an organization aimed at lowering the entry cost of paddlesports and creating a vibrant paddlesports community in Utah.

Do you Have This Product That is on Your Website Available in the Store?
Products viewed on the website have an availability number included in the description. This number usually reflects current stock in-store and online.
Can you do Custom/Special Orders?
Yes. Orders are dependent on availability from the manufacturers. We recommend calling the shop at (801) 455-5450 to see how we can best accommodate your needs.
DISCOUNTS
Do you Provide Industry Discounts?
We do not provide industry discounts. We are a family-owned business with fine operational margins. We cannot compete with industry discounts (i.e., pro-forms) offered by dealers and manufacturers.
Will you Price Match?
We will price match any price provided by the manufacturers. We will not match prices provided by any big box online retailers.
REFUNDS
Do you Provide Refunds?
Unused products can be returned for a full refund if returned within 30 days. An in-store credit will be provided for any unused product returned after 30 days.

RENTAL GEAR
Do you Rent Equipment?
Yes. In 2025, we have expanded our rental fleet and camping gear significantly, including a wide-range of Alpacka packrafts! All rentals can be found and reserved through our online rental portal during the rental season (March-October). If you would like to rent outside of our rental season, call the shop at (801) 455-5450 (Texts and pictures accepted).
How do Rental Deposits Work?
All crafts and most camping gear require rental deposits; however, if you are renting camping gear with a craft, the camping gear's deposit will be waived and the craft's deposit will count for the entire rental. Deposits are completely refundable as long as the gear is returned undamaged and clean. If gear is returned dirty, you will be charged a $30 cleaning fee.
What Gear are you Renting for the 2025 Rental Season, and How much does it Cost?
Note that almost all of our gear operates on a gradient scale, meaning the daily cost goes down for longer rental periods. To get the most accurate quote, use our online rental portal by selecting your exact rental period and desired gear. For a very, very rough estimate, here is a brief overview of our daily gear rentals:
