BUILT FOR EXTREME TEMPS Crafted with the thickest insulation, this sock is ideal for extremely cold and wet conditions where thermal retention is imperative. Using a three-layer bonded construction, a 100% waterproof hydrophilic membrane is sandwiched between a premium Merino wool interior for warmth and a durable nylon exterior with 4-way stretch lending to great fit and wearability.
	AN ADDED LAYER OF WARMTH Designed with warmth in mind these socks are constructed with the finest Merino wool and an added a layer of terry-loop knitting. This loop knitting actually traps heat within the air pockets keeping you warmer when you're in the coldest conditions.
EXTREMELY BREATHABLE Particularly noteworthy is the unmatched breathability of the hydrophilic waterproof membrane to release perspiration steam and warm air from inside the sock. This creates a high level of comfort for the wearer, even while performing strenuous and aerobic activities, while also preventing rain, mud, and sand from getting inside the sock.

How do I care for the Worstead?

We don’t like complicated things. And when it comes to the care of your socks, we want to make it as simple as possible. This is the type of sock you can throw in the wash along with the rest of your gear. No need to line dry or wash with special detergents. Since the membrane is a solid barrier, you’ll never need to re-waterproof.
